In the past 20 years Rache has created events and experiences for over 20,000 people including Bondi Spirit Fest, U2 World Tour after party in NYC and has lead workshops and designed experiences in hundreds of festivals around Australia and USA.
Holding a University degree in Leisure Studies she is also a trained facilitator and speaker in the areas of leadership and cultural awareness.
